One of the most powerful—and usually overlooked tools we have to make a positive impact on pregnancy, birth and postpartum, is NUTRITION.
But there's so much information out there, it's hard to know what to TRUST...
THAT'S WHERE I COME IN.
I'm April Kline
I have a Masters in Midwifery, I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, I have been an educator of masters level nutrition and lactation for over fifteen years, and have twenty years of experience deepening my midwifery and lactation skills as well as Craniosacral Therapy, intuitive bodywork, and Emotional Release Therapy with people from newborn to elderly.
One of my favorite things is digging down into the evidence and filtering it through both head and heart. Then I add a hefty dose of direct knowledge and experience from the midwives who came before me, and you end up with a
unique, whole-person approach to nourishing the body throughout the childbearing year that you just won't find anywhere else.
Another one of my favorite things is sharing everything I have learned...
THAT'S WHERE YOU COME IN.
